ARCH1101 STUDIO

1. Best piece of creative work at high school

Speaking of which, I completed high school in my own country, and it is almost impossible to get an image of it, so...

2 An image of the building that inspired me to become an architect

IMGP0118

Suzhou museum designed by Ieoh Ming Pei, a world-class Chinese-American architect.

I shot this with my Pentax K100D, It was a beautiful day but still regretted that I didn't bring my wide angle lens with me, 28mm lens other than 30mm would be ideal for architectural photography. The museum itself is a piece of art, a world with pure lines, triangles, squares and symmetry of course, the key element of the Chinese architecture.

3 An original photograph of something beautiful

IMGP2734.jpg

This is taken with Pentax k100D + Pentacon 29/2.8, a highly sought wide angle lens from East Germany. It is more like a snap shot, but I am pretty much amazed by the feeling it delivers, there is dark all around, but if you look hard, you will find a way to get out, to one thing you should always have in mind...hope

4 Find a image showing a work of art from each of the clients and describe it using a noun, verb and adjective
